Naming an instrumental song is always an abstract exercise. For this one I borrowed the title of a novel I liked from 2001, 𝘙𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘔𝘪𝘥𝘸𝘢𝘺 by Lee Durkee, because to me the combination of words connotes a mix of joy and melancholy, like the blear of neon in wet weather.
